During my stay, I found the service largely lacking. Most of the staff did not speak English, which made our interactions frustrating and awkward. It felt as if we were an inconvenience, as the reception staff seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns or even greeting us during our visit.

An appalling lack of cooling options in the room!!! Clear communication about hotel amenities is sorely needed, as many guests miss out due to insufficient information. Overall experience could significantly improve with better organization and cleanliness.

Nice stay with some quirks

We had a lovely time, especially at dinner where the meals were quite delish! The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to help us. The room was clean, but a bit cramped for our needs. The glass bathroom door was kinda weird for a family, just saying.

This place suits me perfectly with amazing wi-fi, a relaxing restaurant, and friendly staff. I remember when they helped me find a lost jewel on my first visit. It’s ideal for a romantic escape!

The spacious room was perfect for unwinding after a day exploring. Loved the afternoon coffee and cake offer too!

Had an amazing biking holiday with delicious buffet dinners and a surprise full-day motorbike tour. Just beware, the room was a bit cramped compared to photos, but I'd definitely return!

The spacious double room provided a pleasant retreat after long days, and the breakfast buffet featured delicious freshly caught fish. the noise from the outdoor eating area was disruptive, lasting late into the night and starting early in the morning. while the food was generally good, the presence of flies at the buffet was a concern. The staff were friendly, but the service felt less personal than expected during quieter times.

Recommend for a city escape

Comfortable room, delicious food, with a hearty breakfast buffet featuring diverse options and a welcoming bar area that added to the enjoyable stay. Convenient access to the free ski bus just 200 meters away from the hotel.
